Film scoring certificate program at UCLA
Gabi Schaeffter is currently enrolled in a Film Scoring Certificate Program in Los Angeles, where she has been composing music for films, animation, and video games. In addition, this experience has provided her with valuable immersion in the industry and opportunities to collaborate and exchange ideas with renowned musicians in the field.
Graduation Recital
In her Graduation Recital, Gabi Schaeffter presented six of her original compositions, accompanied by renowned musicians. In addition to producing and coordinating the concert, she also conducted and played the piano. The selection of musicians was made with the help of cellist Rafael Cassimiro.
Madrid Concert
In 2024, Gabi Schaeffter traveled to Madrid at the invitation of Professor Yonan Daniel. The concert took place on September 26th at the Zigia 28 studio, featuring an orchestra, band and two vocalists.
Masterclass
Gabi Schaeffter participated in a conducting masterclass with the renowned Israeli conductor and composer Lior Shambadal, in Berlin. After over four months of in-depth study of the works, the masterclass lasted seven days, with intensive study of three Beethoven symphonies, in addition to rehearsals and a final concert with the Berlin Sinfonietta.
Graduation Concerts
During her years of undergraduate studies, the concerts organized by the university were essential for her development and specialization in conducting and composition.
